1. Is this a complete lamp?
This is not a complete set of products. A separate base and acrylic board are set up in this link and sold separately! Customers can buy in combination!

3. What is the situation of bubbles or scratches on the received acrylic sheet?
Our acrylic sheet has a protective film on both sides, and individual bubbles or scratches are on the protective film. When the product is used, the protective film needs to be removed first, so that it presents a complete and smooth product with the best lighting effect. it is good!
4. About giving random character stickers
Since there are a lot of orders every day, the character stickers presented are all random, so we can’t make every customer 100% satisfied, I hope customers can understand!
5. Does the shop only sell acrylic sheets or bases? Can it be customized?
At present, the separate sale of acrylic sheet and base in this shop is only part of the shop’s products!
There are many links to complete products in the store. A complete set of products includes: acrylic board, base, packaging box, free dried flower blessing cards and random character stickers, which are very suitable for purchase as a gift!
For private customization, currently only accept a single character to purchase more than 10!
6. Questions about after-sales service
After you receive the goods, if the product is damaged due to transportation or will not be used by yourself, please contact the customer service staff as soon as possible, we will help solve it, and will not evade responsibility!

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
